It seems like every day there’s a new advance in artificial intelligence (AI). And one of the most recent advancements is text-to-image art. So, what is it, and why is everyone talking about it?

I asked Dalle to create “ A young woman holding a medium format camera in the universe of Total Recall” and after some slight modification using photoshop to fix some glitches with skin and eyes, we end up with this series of in-universe characters. Once again, these humans are not real, they are not stolen from internet photos, they are generative art pieces, and this is the future of photography or its death … we will see.
