Born and raised in Milan, after graduating at Bocconi University he began to deal with publishing and soon became the editorial director of the Jackson Libri group (works in instalments, books, Maxim, Fitness Magazine and Essere e Benessere). Sensitive to all the news of the market, with an innate strategic vision, he began to support and create start-up companies in the world of communication and publishing.
In 2010 relaunched Tar Magazine, a magazine dedicated to contemporary art and aesthetics. In 2014 founded with Martina Mondadori and Cristoph Radl the magazine Cabana, dedicated to the world of interior design, since its launch it has become synonymous with style and refinement a great reference in the world of interior and style.
In 2009 with his brother Andrea and Filippo Richeri he founded Fasten Seat Belt, an agency dedicated to the world of events based on the idea of offering unique and unrepeatable experiences consistent with the language of each brand. From this first success, which has become synonymous with the very idea of an event in the world of fashion and luxury, the FSB Group originates, which over the years, thanks to a vision capable of predicting the times and market trends, has expanded with other agencies, of which Gianluca is the mastermind: in 2015 he founded Ready 2 Fly digital communication agency with Chiara Fornari, which appears in 2020 and 2021 in the "Growth Leader" ranking drawn up by the Financial Times and Sole 24 Ore. Followed by Pilot Room, press office and PR between online and offline, which relies on solid and personal relationships with the most important opinion leaders on a global level, and Take Off, a content creation and production agency for fashion and luxury brands.
Always looking for new challenges, he sensed the opportunities that lead, in May 2022, to the foundation of Red-Eye, the first digital magazine on the Metaverse and WEB 3.0 with the aim of creating a community, as he did with Cabana, working with content creation, merchandising and communication projects with the client brands of its other agencies, from the FSB Group ecosystem.
